Status
The Requirements, describing the factors that motivate this project and the context in which it should be carried out was completed in June 2009 and are published here.
The Specifications, defining machine consciousness as a set of precise and programmable attributes was completed in March 2010 and are published here.
Work on the design necessary to achieve these specifications begins in May 2010.
Claim
MECA SAPIENS has achieved, for the first time, clearly defined and programmable definitions of consciousness and of intelligience as these are intuitively understood.
MECA SAPIENS provides the most advanced, precise and realistic specification of machine consciousness available anywhere.
